cranberry pound cake

1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups Mariani Sweetened Dried Cranberries (love these)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

grease loaf pan. using an electric mixer, beat butter + sugar until light + fluffy. add eggs, vanilla, + sour cream. mix in mariani sweetened dried cranberries. combine flour + baking powder. gradually add to cranberry mixture. pour into pan. bake @350° for 1 hour + 15 minutes. cool before serving
