chocolate self saucing pud

2 tbsp butter
1 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp coconut
1 1/2 cup boiling water

in a bowl combine flour, cocoa, salt sugar. stir in milk, melted butter + vanilla. spoon batter into a ring mold or casserole dish.
combine brown sugar, cocoa + coconut in a bowl + sprinkle onto other mixture. pour hot water over top. cover with paper. cook in microwave on high for 6-7minutes
