heard this recipe on the radio the other day:

6 firm peeled bananas
plate of honey
plate of chopped nuts
plate of shredded coconut
plate of cookie crumble
Popsicle sticks
cut banana in half
insert popsicle stick
brush banana with honey
roll in desired topping (nuts/coconuts/cookies)
arrange in a tray + freeze till firm
