pumpkin scone

1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup cold mashed pumpkin
2 cups self raising flour

Mix together butter, sugar + salt with electric mixer. add egg, then pumpkin. stir in flour.
turn onto a floured board and cut
place in tray top shelf in vey hot oven 225-250˚C for 15-20 min
