nanna brodie's chocolate cake

ke1 cup sugar

4 oz butter

cream then add

1 tbsp golden syrup

2 eggs

beat then add

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

mix then add

1 cup milk warmed with

1 tsp baking soda mixed in

mix and pour in lined tin

bake in oven 180˚C till cooked (about 40min)
